Ordering
Getting a Quote & Placing an Order
- Select the ‘create’ option from the menu bar, choose your product.
- Choose your decoration preference. (printing or embroidery).
- Upload your artwork by using our online designer. This can also be used to create your artwork if you do not have any to supply. (There is a ‘help button’ for further assistance within the designer programme if needed).
- At this stage the cost will be displayed and if no further assistance is needed you can ‘add to cart’ where you will be given the option of designing another product or to ‘proceed to checkout.’
- If you would like to discuss your quote, click the ‘request a quote’ button at the bottom of the designer programme. Your information will be submitted and you will be contacted within 3 working hours from a member of our design team.
- You will receive a confirmation of your order via email.
- We will then email you a visual proof PDF to check and approve prior to production.

Visual Proof
- Once your order is confirmed we'll email you a visual proof PDF to check and approve before we start production.
- This allows you to see exactly what you have ordered and check the artwork dimensions, colours, layout and text.
- We won't go ahead with production until you are happy and have approved your order.
- You will be sent an email confirmation with the order details.
Production
- If we have any queries at all relating to your order details we will contact you to clarify them.
- Our standard turnaround time is 7 working days from order being approved (including production and delivery). We also offer an express service (4 working days).
- If you need your items sooner please contact us so we can check your quote and artwork details. Additional charges may apply.
- Once your order has dispatched we'll email you a dispatch notification.
- Although we send all our deliveries with a national courier, unfortunately we cannot be held liable for late deliveries by the couriers.
Delivery
What are the additional charges for express turnaround?
- For express turnaround orders (4 working days) add 20% to your order total.
What are your delivery costs?
- Standard next day delivery (9am to 6pm on weekdays) are free to mainland UK address.
- We can deliver on a Saturday for additional charges:
Saturday pre 10am @ £40 per 10kg then 60p per kg thereafter.
Saturday pre noon @ £35 per 10kg then 60p per kg thereafter.
Can I collect from your premises?

Yes. With prior arrangement you can collect your items once you have had notification that order is ready.
Which courier companies do you use?
- We use Interlink Express for larger consignments and Royal Mail special services. We'll send you a dispatch notification when your items have been sent so you can track your order.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
- Yes we can deliver to mainland Europe but delivery costs will be higher and turnaround times can be longer. Please contact us if you wish to get your items sent to an address outside of the UK and we can provide full details for the cost and delivery timescales.
Artwork
What artwork formats do you accept?
- Before we start printing or embroidery work, we always need your artwork in a print ready format.
- Depending on which customisation method we use we need the artwork in one of the following formats:
Vector Format for screen printing, embroidery or transfer printing:
- Adobe Illustrator, EPS or PDF files (CS4 or below)
- All fonts and strokes should be created to outlines.
High res PNG or PSD files for DTG printing:
- PNG and PSD files saved with a transparent background.
- Must be saved to at least 300 dpi and at least 100% of intended print size.
If you're not sure or unable to supply any of these artwork files, please just upload whatever you have and we can recommend any changes if necessary.
Do you offer an artwork service?
- If you need your artwork converting into a print ready format we can help with this. Just upload the files you have so we can check.
- Most of the time converting artwork formats is free of charge however If it's a complex design, there is an artwork charge which is usually £20.
General
Do you have a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order for DTG and transfer printing. For screen printing we have a minimum order of 20 items and 10 items for embroidery due to the set up, screen or digitisation costs involved.
Can I have a mixture of garment colours and sizes?
- Yes, you can mix the garment sizes and colours, although it's usually cheaper to print onto white t-shirts or clothing.
Do you offer poly bagging?
- Yes, we can individually polybag each item. It costs £0.30 per item.
Can you print or embroider over zips?
- No, it’s not possible to print over zips.
Are you able to attached badges to garments?
- We can embroider your logo onto garments but we can't attach badges that you provide.
Can you print onto sleeves?
- Yes, we can use screen printing, transfer printing or digital printing onto sleeves.
How much do your screens cost?
- Our screens are £25.00 each but the price we quote you is inclusive of all set up and screen costs.
What’s the smallest transfer printing text you can print?
- Any text less than 6-7mm that needs transfer printing will be difficult to weed out.
Can you print over seams?
- No, we’re unable to print over seams.
Can you print up to the shoulders on the front?
- Yes, for Transfer printing it can be on shoulders.
- No, for DTG and Screen Printing the highest we can print on is up to the bottom of the collar on t-shirts.
What's your maximum print area?
- Screen Printing: W400 x H600mm
- DTG Printing: Standard size W300 x H400mm *Oversize W400 x H600mm. *Oversize print areas are available at an extra cost. Please contact us.
- Transfer Printing: W470x500mm as a single print.
These sizes are all relative to the garment being printed on.
If screen printing, can I change the colour of the print on some t-shirts?
- Yes, as long as the design remains the same we can change the print colour. There is an additional colour change fee of £15.00.
What type of garments would generally not be suitable for DTG printing?
- Generally items with a wide weave pattern or non-flat surface are not so good (i.e. pique polo shirts and fleeces). Also, garments with low cotton content do not generally print well – polyester garments often cause issues.
Can you match PANTONE refs with all printing methods?
- We can match PANTONE reference numbers when screen printing but we're not able to match exact colours when DTG printing.
When screen printing can you use the same screens for tote bags and t-shirts?
- No, we can’t use the same screen's for printing onto tote bags and t-shirts as the print would be upside down (the opening is on the top of a bag and bottom of a t-shirt).
How much does your embroidery digitisation cost?
- Our digitisation fee is £20.00 but the price provided is inclusive of all set up and screen costs.
What is the smallest possible embroidery size?
- The smallest text that can be embroidered is approx 6mm high, the small text would need to be above this size.
Can you change the colour of the embroidery thread on different garments if the design remains the same?
- Yes, at no extra cost.
Can you print or embroider individual names onto garments?
- Yes @ £3.50 each.
We recommend using only certain fonts like Arial Black as detailed fonts tend to be difficult for the machinery to handle. Contact us for a bespoke quote.
